Distritution:  N1/2 & SW1/4 except Napa Marsh

Plant Communities:  Blue Oak Woodland, Regular Chaparral, Ruderal

Habitats:  Dry, sunny to shaded, weedy creeksides/waste areas; & in disturbed places like roadsides/fields; in most geologic formations except serpentine

Elevations:  300-2400'

Comments:  Non-native.  Noxious weed.  Includes T. japonica

Plant Communities:  Valley Oak Riparian, Regular & Serpentine Chaparral, Ruderal

Habitats:  Dry, sunny to shaded, rocky or not, ultramafic or not, grassy or weedy riverbeds/streamsides/roadsides/waste areas; in cultivated places like fields; & in most geologic formations

Elevations:  80-2200'

Comments:  Non-native.  Noxious weed.  Some may be misidentified T. arvensis
