Plant Communities:  Mixed Evergreen Forest & Regular Chaparral

Habitats:  Moist, sunny, rocky, forested or brushy or grassy meadows/flats; in volcanic areas

Elevations:  1470-1710'

Comments:  Limited Distribution (CNPS-4, FED-C2).  Collection needed.  Butts Canyon report unlikey this sp.
